Ford has recently committed to develop more electrified vehicles to fill their lineup. One of those vehicles that has been widely talked about has been the Mustang-inspired SUV. That’s right, a taller electric Mustang with more than likely two doors will likely come to fruition.<\/p>\n

We do not have many details on Ford’s new vehicle, however, we do know that a late 2019 teaser is likely at the LA Auto Show in November. We are unsure if it is going to be a debut where the full car and all of its specs are shown off, but CNET claims<\/a> something with the “Mustang SUV” will more than likely happen. A range of about 300 miles has also been swirling around. Other than a design based off the Mustang, there is not much else we currently know.<\/p>\n

Some of us are hoping for a performance model to compete (and hopefully) take down German SUVs. We are unsure what the “Mustang SUV” will cost, but we can probably speculate a high price tag due to the fact that electrification is still costly to produce. Space will also be key as we hope there will be no sacrifice when it comes to practicality. Off-road capability seems like a moot point as two Bronco’s are right around the corner which will fill the hole in Ford’s lineup.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
