He pled guilty to drinking alcohol in a place where it is forbidden.<\/p>\n<p>Police originally charged him with reckless driving, for which no video evidence was provided, and drunk driving. His blood test revealed a 0.02% blood alcohol level (BAC), one quarter of the state\u2019s 0.08% threshold for guilt. A local newspaper, the conservative <em>Asbury Park Press<\/em>, revealed both those numbers before Stellantis pulled their ad from public view.
