Cadillac Teases 2021 Escalade Again…With Spike Lee!

The last of GM’s full-size SUVs, the Cadillac Escalade, is about to be revealed. On February 4, Spike Lee is set to introduce the 2021 Escalade in Hollywood with the premiere of a short film titled “Anthem.” This film was directed by Lee himself, using his signature filming techniques, and is said to capture “the presence, innovation, and movement of the next-generation Escalade.”

The next-generation Escalade has been teased a number of times and photos of the new model leaked some time back, though they were quite grainy and it was hard to make out details. Although the new picture still doesn’t reveal much, we can see that it has a different grille than the one in the leaked pictures.

The Escalade is set to feature a number of new technologies. Notable among these are Super Cruise, Cadillac’s semi-autonomous driving package, and a new curved OLED screen that will measure at a massive 38″ and will feature twice the pixel density of a 4K TV.

With twelve days until the event, there’s not much time left until all is revealed, though we wouldn’t be surprised to see at least one more official teaser between now and then. We will be covering the 2021 Escalade when it is revealed, so stay tuned.
